We are supporting a major customer-facing digital transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to play a key role in the delivery of a new customer portal and digital experience platform.

This is a highly visible programme within a regulated environment, focused on improving customer interaction, self-service capability and overall digital experience.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party technology partners, you will be responsible for helping shape requirements, customer journeys and business processes to support the successful delivery of a critical digital initiative.

Key Responsibilities
