Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the business case for the CRM system and lead its global implementation.

My client are seeking a Digital/ Applications Programme Manager to develop the business case and lead the implementation of the Insurance's clients Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system globally and put in place the appropriate delivery model to rollout CRM across the business. Alongside this the role will oversee the roadmap and rollout of our new collaboration and communication ecosystem which is currently in flight with the delivery team mobilised.
The role will work with broking teams across the globe, central IT teams, third-party software delivery partners and service integrators, and frequently engage with senior business stakeholders. It will require a balance of strong customer-focused stakeholder management, communication skills and a 'hands on' approach to the overall management of the programmes.
