Summary: The Digital Analyst role is a 3-month fixed-term contract focused on supporting campaign tracking, reporting, and insights across various digital channels. The position involves implementing tracking systems, building dashboards, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance marketing outcomes for campaigns targeting young audiences and communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage tracking across digital channels using GA4, GTM, and UTM parameters
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio to report on KPIs and campaign effectiveness
- Analyse web, social, and email performance, identifying actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes
- Work with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking, quality assurance, and reporting consistency
- Support continuous improvements in data collection, reporting processes, and team training
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Power BI, Looker Studio, and social platform analytics
- Solid knowledge of tracking and performance metrics across digital, social, and email
- Confident communicator, able to explain data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in reporting for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and email tools (DotDigital a plus)
