Diagnostic Sales Specialist

Global Pharma (Diagnostic division) are looking for a Contractor - Sales Specialist to join a Core Diagnostics team covering NHS and private accounts across the West Midlands.

You will drive growth across a Blood Sciences portfolio by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and building strong relationships with clinicians, lab teams, and procurement stakeholders.

Using a consultative approach, you will deliver tailored solutions that improve service delivery, manage a robust sales pipeline, and contribute to successful tender submissions.

You will work cross-functionally in a matrix environment and use market insights to inform strategy and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree (or equivalent experience), a track record in sales or account management (ideally in healthcare), strong knowledge of NHS structures and procurement, and excellent communication and influencing skills.

Experience with tender processes and matrix working is advantageous.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work with innovative diagnostics and play a key role in improving patient outcomes across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

You will need to be based in the West Midlands, with previous sales experience (ideally with healthcare).
