Summary: The DevSecOps Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of DevSecOps initiatives for a client focused on enhancing innovation and research capabilities in the UK. This contract position requires strong leadership in Agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles, with a focus on optimizing processes and aligning project outcomes with organizational goals. The role involves collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective project management and delivery. The position is based in Swindon, requiring onsite presence once a month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful delivery of DevSecOps-related initiatives.
- Support the team and optimize processes to align project outcomes with organizational goals.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Utilize project management tools and incident management systems.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while supporting a high-performing technical team.
- Collaborate with technical teams on complex projects.
- Implement and understand DevSecOps practices and security tools.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (eg, Jira, Confluence) and incident management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while supporting a high-performing technical team.
- Experience working with technical teams and multiple teams in complex projects.
- Understanding of DevSecOps Practices.
- Understanding of Security tools and cloud platforms.
Salary (Rate): £580 daily

One of our established clients are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join them on a contract basis up until the end of March
The business themselves was founded almost 10 years ago to boost the innovation and research capabilities of the UK. They operate across the whole of the UK with a combined budget of more than £6 billion, investing in areas such as Medical, Biotechnology and Environmental research
As a DevSecOps Delivery Manager you will act as a central figure in driving the successful delivery of DevSecOps-related initiatives, ensuring the team is supported, processes are optimized, and project outcomes align with organisational goals.
To be considered you need to have experience in the following:
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (eg, Jira, Confluence) and incident management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while supporting a high-performing technical team.
- Experience working with technical teams and multiple teams in complex projects
