Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the Broadcom SiteMinder infrastructure and related components.
- Build, integrate, and configure environments across Test, Production, and DR.
- Support test environments and manage release/configuration deployments.
- Automate release and configuration processes using tools such as GIT/STASH, NOLIO, Jenkins, and Groovy.
- Provide Level 3 production support, including incident and problem management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Broadcom SiteMinder on Linux.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and IIS 7.x+ administration.
- Experience with CA Federation, CA Directory, Oracle DSEE/ODU, Oracle DB, LDAP JBoss, Apache, iPlanet Web Server, IBM WebSphere Application Server.
- DevOps tools: GIT/STASH, Jenkins, Nolio, Nexus, Shell scripting, Groovy.
- Monitoring tools: CA APM, Wily, AppDynamics, Splunk.
- Automation tools: CHEF (including wrapper cookbooks), Inspec.
- Containerisation: Docker, OpenShift (CI/CD pipelines, secrets/configs).
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management tools: IBM Security/Tivoli Access Manager & Directory Server, RSA Access Manager & Entitlement Server, Active Directory & Kerberos Authentication.
- Experience with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols.
- Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux system administration.
- AWS Practitioner or Associate certification (desirable).
