Summary: A leading organization is initiating a significant program requiring specialist DevOps professionals for an initial 12-month contract. The role demands expertise in Azure and AWS Cloud, providing hands-on guidance and support. Candidates must be based in the North West or Manchester for office visits. The position offers a competitive day rate based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert hands-on guidance and support to the DevOps program.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS environments.
- Utilize continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and methodologies.
- Manage Docker and Kubernetes clusters in a production environment.
- Employ monitoring tools and scripting skills effectively.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure in both Azure and AWS environments.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and methodologies (eg, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including managing clusters in a production environment.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools.
- Strong scripting skills.
Salary (Rate): £600 daily

A leading organisation is set to undergo a significant programme of work, which is due to commence next month and will require a number of specialist DevOps professionals to join the project on an initial 12-month contract.
We have a broad overview of the requirements so far which we can clarify further next week.
We will be seeking experienced DevOps specialists to provide expert hands-on guidance and support to this programme.
You will ideally be an expert across Azure and AWS Cloud.
Hybrid (Must be based within the North West or Manchester for ease of office visits.
Day Rate: 500-600 DOE
Start date: June 9th
Outside IR35
12 Month Contract
