Summary: The role of DevOps / Service Reliability Engineer involves leveraging software development, automation, and operations expertise to deliver reliable and scalable services. The position requires a strong focus on automation, cloud technologies, and performance optimization. The engineer will be responsible for designing automation solutions, supporting database design, and leading incident resolution efforts. Mentorship of team members and independent work on technical tasks are also key aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop reusable, fault-tolerant automation solutions
- Support database design to ensure scalability, security, and performance
- Contribute to cloud migration projects (Azure)
- Lead incident resolution efforts and apply automation for prevention
- Mentor team members and work independently across technical tasks

- Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
