- Improving platform reliability through monitoring, alerting, observability, and proactive maintenance
- Supporting security remediation, environment hardening, and governance requirements
- Working across architecture, cyber, and delivery teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum
- Creating clear documentation, operational standards, and repeatable DevOps processes
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, cost management, and platform performance
What we're looking for
- 13+ years' experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on AWS experience across IAM, networking, ECS/EKS, Terraform, and CloudFormation
- Strong Infrastructure as Code and automation capability
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tooling such as Datadog and CloudWatch
- Strong understanding of patching, security controls, compliance, and operational governance
- Ability to troubleshoot complex platform challenges and make pragmatic delivery decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and written communication skills
