Summary: The DevOps Lead and Release Manager is responsible for overseeing Salesforce development pipelines using Copado, with a strong focus on DevOps/DevSecOps practices and Agile methodologies. This role requires expertise in CI/CD pipelines, team management, and application release automation tools, while advocating for zero trust policies to protect production data. The position also involves ensuring continuous improvement in DevOps processes and managing application infrastructure effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce development pipelines using Copado.
- Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines and complex branching strategies.
- Utilize Application Release Automation tools and integrate with ALM tools.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban.
- Document processes and implement audits for continuous improvement.
- Advocate for zero trust policies to safeguard production data.
