Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and testing automated build pipelines to compile code and execute unit tests and other verifications.
- Operating deployment pipelines and collaborating with developers and testers to ensure quality code progresses to production.
- Supporting the creation of Docker images for application code deployment in a Hybrid Cloud environment.
- Assisting in the creation of additional or temporary test environments as needed.
- Creating deployment manifests for services in the Hybrid Cloud Kubernetes environment.
- Developing deployment manifests for API Gateway Ingress definitions on the Hybrid Cloud API Gateway Ingress Controller.
Key Skills:

DevOps Engineer (Microservices) - Hybrid Working - UK £390 per day (Outside IR35) My client, an innovative accelerator company specializing in digital transformation, working with a diverse range of clients is looking for a strong DevOps Engineer with some experience in Microservices. The Microservices Platform Team will be responsible for:
- Creating and Testing automated Build Pipelines to compile code and execute unit tests and other verification (such as Static Application Security testing and Code Quality verification
- Operating the deployment pipelines and interacting with Developers and Testers during the route to live to ensure that quality and tested code is progressed rapidly through to Production
- Support the creation of Docker Images suitable for hosting application code and suitable for deployment into the Hybrid Cloud environment
- Support the creation of Additional, or Temporary Test Environments (if required for a specific workload).
- Support the creation of deployment manifests that can be used to deploy services to the Hybrid Cloud Kubernetes environment
- Support the creation of deployment manifests that can be used to create API Gateway Ingress definitions on the Hybrid Cloud API Gateway Ingress Controller
