We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to support our client in designing, implementing, and optimising pipelines and automated deployments. Some of the main outcomes include; improving build pipelines - moving from a single shared build server to scalable, on-demand build agents that support parallel builds and faster delivery. You’ll also automate deployments to test environments and container-based services, ensuring updates flow seamlessly from code to production. In addition, there is scope to enhance database operations by automating Postgres maintenance tasks and enabling secure offline backups, though this is considered a secondary priority and experience here is not necessary. Ideally you’ll have the following skills: Azure DevOps CI/CD Bicep or other IaC Containerisation Powershell Postgres (a plus) The client is a small business therefore the small business exemption rule would apply.
