You will oversee platform resilience, security, capacity planning, and deployment pipelines to ensure high availability and seamless releases across all environments.
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Operations
- Graph Infrastructure: Provision, manage, and scale Neo4j infrastructure across cloud or on-premises environments, ensuring robust backup and disaster recovery mechanisms.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate infrastructure provisioning using modern IaC tools (eg, Terraform, ARM/Bicep).
- Containerization: Support containerization and orchestration of application services (eg, Docker, Kubernetes, chatbot backends, APIs).
- Capacity & Cost Optimization: Lead capacity planning and continuous cost optimization for graph databases and compute resources.
CI/CD & Environment Management
- Pipeline Automation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to manage changes to graph schemas, ETL code, operational dashboards, and chatbot deployments.
- Environment Strategy: Manage the full environment life cycle (dev/test/UAT/prod) and promote changes via controlled, repeatable release processes.
Reliability, Security & Support
- Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting across the graph database, ETL pipelines, and chatbot services.
- Platform Security: Enforce strict security policies, access controls, and secret management across the platform environment.
