The Role
Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable deployments
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated environment provisioning
Support containerised platforms and orchestration to improve scalability and resilience
Embed security and compliance controls into engineering workflows (DevSecOps)
Drive observability improvements across monitoring, logging, and alerting
Advise engineering teams on DevOps best practice and help remove delivery bottlenecks
What You'll Need
5-10+ years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or software engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
Proficiency with containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (networking, compute, storage, security)
Experience with CI/CD tooling like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI
Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
