Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Security Wave tasks with adherence to compliance procedures.
- Manage IcM tickets, customer issues, and 3P service escalations.
- Support SRE deployments and Datapack rollouts.
- Ensure PCI compliance: perform internal scans, manage evidence collection, and track change requests.
- Analyze logs using Azure Log Analytics; perform root cause analysis.
- Manage secrets via Azure Key Vault.
- Monitor and investigate SLA performance for Nuance3P services.
- Migrate Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs).
- Conduct post-deployment synthetic testing and validate service health.
- Respond to alerts, investigate pod failures, and troubleshoot using Grafana and Prometheus.
- Create Hydra clients and handle ad hoc requests from stakeholders.
