  • Analyze logs using Azure Log Analytics; perform root cause analysis.
  • Manage secrets via Azure Key Vault.
  • Monitor and investigate SLA performance for Nuance3P services.
  • Migrate Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs).
  • Conduct post-deployment synthetic testing and validate service health.
