Summary: The role of Contract DevOps Engineer focuses on leveraging Terraform and AWS to support the build, deployment, and operation of a cloud-based platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform
  • Support environment setup, configuration, and readiness
  • Manage IAM roles, networking, and secure access controls
  • Handle secrets, certificates, and platform configuration
  • Support provisioning and maintenance of AWS services
  • Work with event streaming solutions (Kinesis or similar)
  • Assist with architectural decisions where required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline issues (build failures, vulnerabilities, artefact issues)
  • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for feature-level deployments
  • Ensure reliable and repeatable deployment processes
  • Investigate and triage platform issues and failures

Overview

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Terraform and Amazon Web Services to support the build, deployment, and ongoing operation of a cloud-based platform.

This role is primarily focused on infrastructure, environment support, and CI/CD reliability, with exposure to event streaming technologies such as Amazon Kinesis.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Environment

  • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform

  • Support environment setup, configuration, and readiness
