Job Title: Senior DevOps Automation Engineer

Contract Duration: 12 months

Purpose of the Role

This role involves close collaboration with QA and development teams, focusing on advancing the implementation of a robust Test Strategy. By leveraging automation frameworks and tools, the role ensures alignment with broader automation policies in development and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automation strategies.
• Develop and implement test automation frameworks and processes.
• Execute automated tests, analyse results, and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain and optimize existing automated test suites for efficiency and broader coverage.
• Investigate and resolve complex automation challenges.
• Mentor team members on automation best practices and frameworks.

Desired Experience

• Extensive experience in test automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#.
• Extensive hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Strong capabilities in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, ARM/Terraform).
• In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with QA and development teams to drive test automation initiatives.
