DevOps and Release Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong working experience in Copado for Salesforce development pipelines.
• Expertise in DevOps/DevSecOps and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, especially complex branching strategies used by associates making changes, supporting production, and business admins.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Strong team management skills.
• Experience with Application Release Automation tools such as Copado and Visual Studio Release Management, including integration with ALM tools like Jira and toolsets like codescan.io, GitHub, and GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of other DevOps processes on different tech stacks like AWS.
• Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban.
• Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems.
• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to implement audits and assessments leading to continuous improvement and innovation in DevOps and release management processes.
• Thorough understanding of the environment being managed, strong control, and knowledge of privilege access management. Advocate for zero trust policies to ensure the safety of the client's production data.
