Summary: The Device Management Consultant will oversee the operations of security devices deployed on the client side, ensuring adherence to documented procedures and industry best practices. This role requires excellent communication skills for interaction with executive levels and extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of various security technologies. Responsibilities include developing SOPs, monitoring incidents, and performing patch management. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operations of deployed security devices.
- Operate devices according to documented procedures and industry best practices.
- Develop and review SOPs specific to devices.
- Monitor issues and incidents on devices and troubleshoot them.
- Perform patch management and minor upgrades.
- Provide on-call support during non-working hours.
- Conduct proactive monitoring and respond to incidents generated from devices.
- Manage vulnerability assessments and implement baseline hardening.
- Review and report on SLAs and KPIs periodically.
- Adhere to client security policies.

- Preferred vendor certifications for relevant solutions.
- CompTIA Network+ or Server+ certification.
