Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operations of security devices deployed on client side.
- Operate devices according to documented procedures and industry best practices.
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor issues and incidents on devices and troubleshoot them.
- Perform patch management on security devices.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with TrendMicro IPS, VMWare Application Control, EDR, and MDM.
- Familiarity with Symantec Email Security, Tenable Vulnerability Management, OneIdentity IGA, Arcos PAM, Defender MFA, and PingFederate SSO.
- Strong time management and adaptability.
- Vendor certification for relevant solutions preferred.
- CompTIA Network+ or Server+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred.

The Device Management Consultant role is part of the SOC team. Candidates in this role will be responsible for smooth operations of devices deployed on client side. Operating devices according to documented procedures and industry best practices. Candidates in this role must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with executive levels throughout the company. Must have extensive experience in operation and maintenance of various security devices like IPS, Sandboxing, Application Control, EDR, MDM, IAM and PAM, Email Security, Vulnerability Assessment and DDOS etc. Candidates are expected to develop and review SOPs, monitor issues and incidents on devices and troubleshoot them, do patch management etc.
