Key Responsibilities:
- Manage or support NPD projects from concept through to launch, ensuring all samples, trials, and product specs meet customer and company standards.
- Lead factory trials with cross-functional support to ensure feasibility, quality, and technical compliance.
- Understand manufacturing and packaging capabilities to assess and manage potential risks in product development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across technical, production, and commercial teams.
Key Skills:
- Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with strong IT skills (particularly Excel).
- Prior experience in a Technical or NPD role within food manufacturing preferred.
- Able to learn quickly, work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
