Summary: The Development Team Lead role involves providing technical leadership and mentorship to a development team focused on enhancing a customer account to meet legislative requirements and achieve cost reduction and modernization goals. The position requires expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, with a strong emphasis on agile methodologies. The role is hybrid, allowing for both on-site and remote work, and is classified as outside IR35. The initial contract duration is six months.

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and delivery capability to the development team.
