Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a squad of engineers, QA, and DevOps professionals in delivering features and improvements
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Next.js for the Front End and .NET Core for the Back End.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to align technical solutions with healthcare compliance and user needs.
- Ensure adherence to Digital standards, including data protection, accessibility, and clinical safety.
- Drive continuous improvement in development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or squad lead role.
- Strong expertise in Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid experience with .NET 6+, C#, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with secure, regulated environments (eg, healthcare, finance).
- Understanding of data protection, clinical risk management, and access control in digital health systems.
