Summary: This role is a contractual position for 8 months within Pearson's Enterprise Learning and Skills vertical, focusing on the design and development of vocational teaching and learning products and services. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to create qualifications and assessments that meet regulatory requirements and customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate strong evidence bases for the design and development of qualifications, assessments, and teaching and learning products.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand customer and learner needs and behaviors.
• Develop strategies for designing and developing compliant qualifications and assessments.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets related to product development.
• Design and develop qualifications and assessments that meet stakeholder needs.
• Lead the product development and tender process to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure effective setup and implementation of new qualifications.
• Champion a learner and customer-first culture across Pearson.
• Mentor and manage staff as required.

Key Skills:

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent.
