Key Responsibilities:

  • Building dashboards and tools in Streamlit, Snowflake, and Python to measure and improve developer performance.
  • Designing and implementing metrics frameworks using JIRA, Blue Optima, Git data, and more.
  • Analyzing engineering workflows to identify blockers, inefficiencies, and high-impact opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Ops to deliver insights and drive behavioral change.
  • Making actionable recommendations to improve time-to-value, flow efficiency, and reduce engineering drag.

A leading Global financial Markets services company are currently looking for a Developer Productivity & Engineering Analytics Engineer to join the team. This is a highly unique role combining hands-on software development with strategic analysis of engineering performance. In this one of a kind role you will be working at the intersection of data, tooling, and organisational transformation, helping the company delivery more efficiently to its PMO office as well as solve any productivity problems.

This position will start with a 1 year consultancy period to then go full time.

Hybrid working with 2 Days in their Central London Office

Day to Day Tasks;

Building dashboards and tools in Streamlit, Snowflake, and Python to measure and improve developer performance.

Design and implement metrics frameworks using JIRA, Blue Optima, Git data, and more.
