Summary: We are looking for a motivated Junior C# Developer to join our team in a hybrid role, working 2-3 days per week in London. The position requires active SC Clearance and involves collaborating with external participants and internal teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions. The developer will play a key role in communication and support during the Lab phase and ongoing development releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for external participants, triaging and resolving technical queries
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure prompt and accurate issue resolution
- Contribute to the development, testing, and release of technical solutions
- Support the delivery of high-quality releases within agreed timelines
- Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills:
- Active SC Clearance (transferable)
- Commercial experience with C#, .NET, and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and approaches
- Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure or cloud-based development
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of incident management and support processes
