Summary: Stellarmann is seeking a Developer to support a project for an investment management client, focusing on building data integrations between source systems and financial platforms. The role requires strong software engineering skills, particularly in data engineering tasks, and experience in the investment sector. The position involves working with various financial data feeds and requires proficiency in C# and related technologies. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 2-3 days a week in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of data integrations between source systems and financial platforms.
  • Apply strong software engineering skills to data engineering tasks.
  • Work on server-side development within the investment sector.
  • Utilize financial knowledge related to various asset classes and data feeds.
  • Collaborate on projects involving financial/trading platforms.

Key Skills:

  • Experienced Developer with server-side development experience in the investment sector.
  • Financial knowledge with experience in various asset classes and data feeds.
  • Experience with financial/trading platforms, particularly Aladdin/MUREX.
  • Proficiency in C# with Core .NET 8 (minimum .NET 6).
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean code, and TDD.
  • Experience with ORM technologies like Entity Framework, LINQ, or Dapper.
  • Familiarity with Azure and deployment using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Docker and containerization.

Stellarmann require a Developer to support a project at their investment management client, focused on building data integrations between source systems and financial platforms. This role will require strong software engineering skills applied to a data engineering tasks.

Skills needed

  • Experienced Developer working on server-side development within the investment sector
  • Financial knowledge - experience with various asset classes and data feeds, such as OTC, Bonds, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Swaps, Interest Rates, Currency, etc.
  • Fiancical/Trading platform experience - nice to have, & Aladdin/MUREX are nice to have
  • C# - Core .NET 8 (minimum .NET 6)
  • SQL
  • APIs - REST/SOAP
  • SOLID/Clean code/TDD
  • ORM - Entity Framework/LINQ/Dapper
  • Azure, deployment using pipelines - Azure DevOps, CI/CD
  • Docker/Containerisation
