Summary: The Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining software for People Reporting & Analytics initiatives. The position requires architecting scalable data platforms and managing the end-to-end development process while ensuring data security and compliance. The role is hands-on, involving research, testing, and support of People data applications. Additionally, the Developer will document solutions and provide recommendations for future data architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software supporting People Reporting & Analytics initiatives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance data/analytic platforms for both operational and analytical use.
- Act as the lead resource for People team data reconciliation, identifying data sources and resolving inconsistencies.
- Manage end-to-end development: gather user stories, design solutions, deploy changes, and support testing.
- This is a hands-on role focused on researching, developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting People data applications.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and privacy in accordance with company policies.
- Develop data platforms and business intelligence solutions, including pipelines and databases/warehouses.
- Document solutions and future-state recommendations, including data architecture concepts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of data governance and data management.
- Skilled in analyzing and structuring data requirements.
- Experience in SQL, Snowflake, and query optimization.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
