Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Desktop Support / End User Computing Engineer responsible for delivering high-quality IT support services to end users across the organization. The ideal candidate will be flexible for a 24/7 rotational shift and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other end-user devices.
  • Be flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS systems, software, and applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalating to higher levels when necessary.
  • Provide support for remote users via VPN, remote desktop tools, or collaboration platforms.
  • Maintain and update asset inventory and documentation for end-user computing devices.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement, warranty claims, and support cases.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users including laptop setup, account provisioning, and access control.
  • Support MS Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Handle user profile and data migration, software patching, and antivirus updates.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes according to ITIL standards.
  • Set up and support AV equipment, projectors, and conferencing systems for meetings and events.
  • Educate users on best practices for security, software usage, and IT policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance and proactive health checks on IT assets.
