Desktop Support Engineer – Second Line Support

We are hiring for Desktop Support Engineer – Second Line Support

Location: Salisbury - Fully Onsite

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows 10/11 operating systems.

Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware environments.

Knowledge of SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and basic Active Directory administration.

Understanding of networking concepts, including: LAN/WAN technologies VLAN configuration Wi-Fi technologies

Experience with endpoint security solutions, including BitLocker disk encryption.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
