- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of desktop services, operating systems, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with Zebra printers and other desktop peripherals is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A full driving licence and access to a car for travel between sites is essential.
