Desktop Support Technician - Southam

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support at our Southam location. This is a full-time, on-site role with no remote work option; the role requires the candidate to be in the office five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working as part of the Southam Site IT team, the successful candidate will:
  • Provide excellent customer support to EA staff
  • Image Windows and Mac devices
  • Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Monitor ServiceNow ticket queue, email and Slack requests, ensuring timely updates and escalations
