Summary: Desktop Support Analyst needed for a leading financial services organization in Canary Wharf, responsible for providing hardware and software support directly to users. The role involves managing incidents, tasks, changes, and escalations while adhering to KPIs and SLAs. The position requires timely service delivery and may involve service improvement plans. This is a fully onsite contract assignment with limited company engagement permitted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hardware and software support to users.
  • Manage incidents, tasks, changes, problems, and escalations based on KPIs and SLAs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and implement service improvement plans where applicable.
  • Assist users with hardware and peripheral setup and configuration.
  • Support major incidents, including testing, troubleshooting, and remediation.
  • Manage IT asset management processes.
  • Provide documentation, guides, and training sessions.
  • Support joiners, movers, and leavers with IT equipment and software installations.
