Summary: The Desktop Consultant - DV Cleared role involves managing and administering the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment in a full-time, on-site capacity in Central London. Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and management of the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment.
- Help manage system updates and maintain system health.
- Get involved in small system designs and support MDT environments.
- Assist with routine monthly and daily tasks.
- Develop Windows 10 Task Sequences and Images, and OS Deployments.
- Create Applications and Packages and deploy to device collections.
- Develop Compliance items and Baselines.
- Create Update Groups, Packages and Deployments, and integrate offline WSUS.
- Create PowerBI Reports and perform reporting.
- General Administration and Health Monitoring of MECM.
- Create automation of MECM Administration via PowerShell.
- Troubleshoot MECM via client and server log files.

- Current DV Clearance.
- Experience with Windows 10/11.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).

As a member of the Desktop Service Technical Specialist Team, you will be responsible for administration and management of the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment. Within our environment MECM is used extensively for deployment and management of OS images and Desktop applications, and as a Technical Specialist within the team you will be expected to help the Technical Lead manage the system. Including release updates and maintain the systems health. As part of the wider Desktop Service team, you will be expected to get involved in small system designs, support the MDT environments, and assist with routine monthly and daily tasks.
* Excellent Technical Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Current Branch with specific experience of
o Developing Windows 10 Task Sequences and Images, and OS Deployments
