My client, is looking for a Tech Bar Engineer to join them 5 days a week in Belfast.

Key Duties

  • Ability to deliver great customer experience in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction, sometimes this will be the all-important first impression
  • Strong communication skills that let you converse freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers

Key Skills & Experiences

  • Solid experience as a TechBar Engineer
  • Windows 7/Windows 10 Experience
  • Completing tickets using ServiceNow
  • (Windows 7/10, Office 365, Teams VPN's, BYOD, OneNote)
  • Is willing to learn support of bespoke hardware/software used on customer sites
