The Role
- Teach Design & Technology across KS4 GCSE (AQA specification)
- Deliver engaging lessons focused on product design and technological innovation
- Support students working with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing)
- Develop students' understanding of 3D design and manufacturing technologies
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive
- Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Design & Technology within a UK secondary school
- Strong knowledge of the AQA GCSE DT curriculum
- Experience using or teaching CAD/CAM technologies and 3D design processes
- Ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
