Summary: The Design Support Manager will oversee the Product and UX Design team, focusing on project execution, process optimization, and delivery support. This role involves daily coordination with various stakeholders and managing the design studio's operations. The position requires strong collaboration across multiple departments to ensure efficient workflow and project prioritization. The role reports directly to the Head of Product Design and is based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold daily stand-ups with the Head of Digital Design to prioritize requests.
  • Coordinate daily with Designers, Product Managers, and Owners to align project tasks.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the design studio, ensuring efficient workflow and project prioritization.
  • Foster collaboration across Digital, CRM, Product, Client Experience, and Marketing departments.
  • Support delivery, process optimization, and project execution.
