Summary: The Design Delivery Manager is responsible for acquiring and delivering site designs and approvals for new mobile cell sites, upgrades, enhancements, and capacity increases. This role requires a strong understanding of mobile network technologies and processes, as well as the ability to drive improvements in delivery through various partners and internal resources. The manager will also handle operational issues and escalations related to site design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of the core technologies, systems, processes, and legislative framework that underpin Mobile Networks.
• Drive and continuously improve delivery of Site Design via Cellnex, Cornerstone, VMo2, internal resource, Partners and third parties, in relation to time, quality and cost effectiveness.
• Responsible for all operational issues and escalations (to Regional Design Lead) that relate to Site Design processes and deliverables.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of mobile network technologies and systems.
• Experience in project management and delivery improvement.
• Ability to manage operational issues and escalations effectively.
