Your new company
A growing, national residential developer is looking to appoint a Design Coordinator to join their Technical team on a 12-month fixed-term contract or temporary basis (outside IR35).
Your new role
You will coordinate and manage design information across a portfolio of projects, reviewing drawings and specifications, supporting technical due diligence activities, liaising with consultants and internal stakeholders, and ensuring designs meet operational, regulatory and sustainability requirements.
The role will also involve attending site meetings, managing consultant documentation, and supporting planning, building control and warranty approvals.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience working client side or consultancy, working on residential developments, together with a relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering or a similar discipline.
A strong understanding of Building Regulations, sustainable design principles and the RIBA Plan of Work is essential, alongside excellent communication and organisational skills.
CAD or BIM experience would be beneficial.
