Summary: The Design Authoriser role involves providing engineering solutions and design support within the Plant Engineering Team, focusing on modifications and improvements in aviation/aerospace manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design investigations and formulate technical solutions for modifications and design queries.
• Operate as a lead design engineer and authorisation signatory, providing guidance on technical issues.

• Mentor engineering team members and assist in identifying skill gaps.
• Ensure design standards are met and liaise with other functions for integrated design solutions.
