Key Responsibilities:

• Provide design and build services for prototype eVTOL aircraft.
• Deliver professional design engineering services and manage design checking capabilities.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure design compatibility and continuity.
• Manage execution of work packages and define budgets for projects.
• Define design solutions for new components and modifications to existing components.
• Prepare engineering data and drawings for manufacturing and customer submissions.
• Lead progress review meetings and report on work package progress and KPIs.
• Ensure quality of deliveries and verify engineering drawings.

Key Skills:

• Design Approver Signatory on airframe structures (metallic and/or composite).
• Excellent knowledge of aero structures, including wings, empennage, and fuselage.
• Proficiency in computerized design and analysis methods (CATIA V5).
• Experience with GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
• Good understanding of aerospace composite and metallic materials and manufacturing processes.
• Strong customer focus and ability to establish credibility.
• Fair understanding of stress analysis principles.
• Awareness of industry standards, regulations, and qualification requirements.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and customer demands.
• Ability to work effectively within an integrated project team.
