Summary: The Listed Derivatives Operations Consultant role at a leading global investment bank involves supporting listed derivatives operations within the GBP Public / ASL Middle Office team in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Communicate effectively and professionally, ensuring timely updates and escalation where appropriate
- Manage client expectations and support resolution of queries and trade-related issues
- Perform daily operational tasks across listed derivatives products
- Navigate internal systems to process trades and resolve exceptions
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all processing activities in a high-pressure environment
- Multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
- Maintain strong attention to detail and awareness of operational and reputational risk
- Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues in line with firm policies
- Support adherence to control frameworks and risk management standards
- Work closely with trading desks, sales teams, technology, and other operations teams
- Support resolution of trade breaks and reconciliation issues
- Contribute to maintaining efficient and controlled trade flow processes
Key Skills:
