This is a part-time role (27 hours) with the ideal pattern being 4 days per week. You will be joining two other Deputy Programme Managers in line-managing three Programme Co-ordinators working closely with the Programme Manager. This role is service-focused and the successful candidate will be expected to be in the office during term time. Opportunities to work from home may be available outside of term time, depending on business need.
In this busy and varied role, you will be directly responsible for providing consistent and high-quality administrative support for six MSc programmes at Warwick Business School. You will lead on defined aspects of course delivery, provide frontline pastoral support to students, plan and organise events and ensure the accurate maintenance of student records. You will also work with the WBS Recruitment team supporting student recruitment and also have day-to-day line management responsibility for Programme Coordinators in the programme group.
It is important that the successful candidate is adept at learning new systems, has meticulous attention to detail and is a confident communicator with students, academic staff and peers in professional services roles. You will have experience of delivering excellent customer service online and in person. Evidence of well-developed organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills will be required. You will have strong communication skills and a high level of IT literacy. Experience of providing administrative support to Masters level programmes would be advantageous.
