Summary: The Deputy Manager (Outreach) at HKMC Annuity Limited is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets, conducting outreach activities, and promoting annuity plans to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Support management in formulating sales strategies and planning to achieve sales targets;
• Arrange and conduct outreach activities, including talks and roadshows, and analyze their effectiveness;
• Make public speeches to promote annuity plans to target audiences professionally;
• Identify and engage new segments of targeted clients;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business organizations and community partners;
• Manage procurement processes, documentation, and reporting to comply with company policies;
• Provide training and support to the team when appropriate;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned;

Key Skills:

• Tertiary educated with a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in banking or insurance;
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Paper 1 & 3 is a must;
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• Sales-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated;
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
