Summary: The Deputy HR Services Manager will oversee a team of HR Administrators and lead key HR projects and process improvements within the HR Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves managing team performance, ensuring efficient completion of HR tasks, and providing guidance on HR processes. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and various employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct line management of 4 HR Administrators.
  • Management of team performance in line with agreed SLA’s.
  • Ensuring effective and efficient completion of HR Services / Recruitment admin tasks.
  • Management of the full employee lifecycle.
  • Providing guidance and training on Oracle processes and procedures.
  • Completing regular audits to capture data inaccuracies.
  • Providing stakeholders with relevant feedback and tracking outputs.
  • Assisting and supporting key HR projects, such as pay negotiations and bonus payments.
  • Identifying and championing HR continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience within a shared-services environment.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload under tight timescales.
  • Knowledge of Policies, Processes, Terms & Conditions, and GDPR.

Salary (Rate): 41500
