Summary: The Deputy Head of Operational Excellence will lead process design and continuous improvement initiatives within the Record to Report area for a client in the Manchester area. This role involves managing relationships with stakeholders, driving change initiatives, and coaching team members to enhance operational efficiency. The position is hybrid, requiring both remote and on-site work, and is contracted until December 2025.
