Summary: The Deployment Lead and Instructor Focal role at Morson Talent involves leading a team to implement competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) and Evidence Based Training (EBT) programs for global airlines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a CBTA Deployment team to assess and transition customer airlines to the CBTA/EBT program.
  • Review pilot training needs and design competency-based training content and objectives.
  • Oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of competency-based training and assessment.
  • Evaluate current airline training philosophies and support transitions to CBTA/EBT programs.
  • Gather data and provide detailed reports to support airline CBTA development activities.
  • Evaluate the accuracy and quality of airline training delivery and present proposals to customers.

Key Skills:

  • Commercial pilot license with Boeing aircraft experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a management position in an airline Flight Operations or Training Department.
  • Excellent understanding of pilot training program regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of CBTA and EBT program principles.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading a team remotely and independently.
  • Understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles applicable to pilot training.
  • Extensive pilot instructional background (TRI/TRE) with over 3 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects in the commercial airline training sector.
  • Understanding of project and program management principles and practices.
