Deployment Engineer - Windows, Altiris, ServiceNow, desktop workspace, SCCM, Intune, Azure
Location: Mayfair, London
We are seeking an experienced Deployment Engineer to support the deployment and management of end-user technology across a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage Windows devices using Intune, Azure AD, SCCM, MDT, and Windows 10/11
- Assemble and deploy desktop workspace kits, including workstations, thin clients, monitors, phones, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Support onboarding, offboarding, desk moves, and hardware refresh initiatives
- Troubleshoot desktop, application, network, and device issues across Windows environments
- Use software deployment and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Altiris, or equivalent platforms to manage software deployments, incidents, service requests, and change processes
- Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate equipment logistics
Requirements
- Proven experience in desktop deployment and end-user support within enterprise Windows environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, mobile devices, printers, remote access tools, and related end-user technologies
- Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, MDT, or similar deployment technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow, Altiris, or comparable IT service management and software deployment tools
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Linux desktop support experience is advantageous
