Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-programme dependencies and interlocks across multiple delivery teams and suppliers.
  • Enable alignment and integration across programmes, supporting risk-informed decision-making for SROs and Programme Boards.
  • Manage delivery risks and opportunity dependencies, ensuring alignment to benefits and capability outcomes.
  • Integrate dependencies with commercial and delivery plans in multi-vendor environments.
  • Define clear escalation routes and governance frameworks.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and provide visibility of trade-offs, impacts, and critical path dependencies.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in programme/portfolio dependency management.
  • Background in defence/government environments.
  • Cross-functional delivery experience across digital, security, supplier, and operational teams.
  • Senior stakeholder management skills, particularly with SROs and Programme Boards.
  • Multi-vendor and commercial dependency management experience.

Travel: 1 day per week onsite (mandatory)
