Key Responsibilities:
- Manage programme and portfolio-level ownership of cross-programme dependencies.
- Oversee complex interlocks across multiple delivery teams, suppliers, and service lines.
- Enable alignment and integration across programmes, supporting risk-informed decision-making.
- Manage delivery risks and opportunity dependencies, ensuring alignment to benefits and capability outcomes.
- Integrate dependencies with commercial and delivery plans in multi-vendor environments.
- Define clear escalation routes and governance frameworks.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and provide visibility of trade-offs, impacts, and critical path dependencies.
